Megan Moameni, DNP, MSN, APN

Megan Moameni earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Colorado. She brings more than twenty eight years of experience caring for adult patients across multiple clinical settings. Prior to joining Western Nephrology, Megan provided services in primary care, pain management, and nursing home settings. She has also worked as a hospitalist in internal medicine and senior mental health rehabilitation where she  gained valuable infectious disease experience. 

Megan is passionate about individualized, patient-centered care and values strong collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.  When she isn't caring for patients, Megan enjoys photography, music, and taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.
